Becky Mogee - CEO/Founder
I have over 30 years of childcare and teaching experience. I have a BS degree in elementary education and a masters in early childhood studies. I received my certification as an educational consultant so I am able to share my knowledge and experience with other childcare directors and teachers.
I began Under His Wings Preschool in 2015 with only two children. Now, we have two locations and over 100 children. My passion has always been to make learning fun and memorable. My heart's desire is to connect with families and give them the encouragement and support that they need in raising their children.
Fun fact: I love to paint and color (when I have the time - haha)

Katie Mayo - Executive Director
In 2019, I began my journey at UHW as a lead teacher for the 3/4 year old program. I had only planned on staying a year so I could finish my degree. During that time, I realized just how much parents relied on having quality care for their children. At that point, my passion turned from solely children to now wanting to help parents feel more comfortable with whom they are leaving their children with. In January of 2021, I became the Regional Director of Under His Wings Preschool. I love what I do from helping children learn to express themselves, to mentoring teachers to be the best that they can be in the classroom.

Ashley Rafferty- Director (Loudon location)
I started my journey with UHW in 2017. I was an assistant teacher with the toddler class, then moved into a lead teacher position with the 4/5 year old class. After a few years of working at UHW, I realized that I have a passion for families and children. The position I have now I absolutely love. I am able to still build that bond with the children but now also with the parents. I have a great team that I get to work with every day. They are part of my family.
Fun fact: I do photography on the side as a hobby.

Emily Nash - Assistant Director
Before I started working at a childcare center, I always enjoyed babysitting and being around children. I ended up getting my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in the childcare field for 4 years now. I started at Under His Wings Preschool for my practicum. I knew that Under His Wings was where I was meant to be. There is nothing better than seeing a child's face light up.

Jennifer Aurigemma - Assistant Director
I have over 5 years of experience working with children and families. I will be finishing my associates degree in early childhood education by the end of 2022. I chose UHW because of the family friendly atmosphere, the community involvement, and parent happiness. After my interview, I knew that UHW was the perfect fit for me and my family.
Fun Fact: I worked in the food industry with a culinary degree for 10 years and even ran my own kitchen.

Olivia McCarthy - Executive Assistant
I have taken classes for early childhood and behavior studies at Florida Atlantic University. I have worked as a behavioral specialist in public schools. I came across UHW as a parent looking for quality childcare for my son. After meeting with Becky, I became a lead teacher for 3/4 year olds. I absolutely love the family environment at UHW. I chose to come into this field because I love shaping our future generations, and I believe every child deserves a fighting chance with all the help they are entitled to. I want to help change the world one little brain at a time :)
A fun fact: I grew up in Florida and have only been in NH for 6 years :)
